  • Pilgrim Platform

    live

    A pilgrim types a passport number and sees visa status, hotel, room, roommates, transport, flights and documents, in Arabic with RTL. Staff import rosters from Excel. Season-based: runs every year with no code change.

  • Passport & visa automation

    running

    Upload 2 to 700 passport images. Tesseract.js and MRZ parsing extract the data, no paid OCR API. A Chrome extension then fills every traveller form on Nusuk and visa.visitsaudi.com in the agent's own browser and reads back the visa numbers.

  • AI phone agent

    running

    Answers the agency line in French, English on request. Twilio media streams to OpenAI Realtime, embeddings search over a crawled knowledge base, lead capture with transcript and SMS recap. The multi-tenant version isolates each business with Postgres row-level security and enforces recording disclosure for Quebec Law 25.

    built

    Pulls names, phones, emails, PNRs and destinations out of Sabre queues with headless Chromium into Excel and R2, then an approval-gated CRM import. 102 tests. Rollout pending.

    Staff check in with a PIN. Live screen view and MP4 recording of office computers, assisted remote control over a self-hosted WebSocket relay, wake-on-LAN, web push. Multi-tenant.
